We use a range of delivery partners. Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched. If your piece is in stock, it will ship out within 1-3 business days.
Please kindly note that during busy months, the delivery might take longer; a sales representative will notify you if the production time is longer than usual.
We aim to deliver your item(s) as soon as possible. However, there might be delays occurring beyond our control. Therefore, Golden Horn Jewellery is not guaranteeing delivery dates.

TAXES & DUTIES
United Kingdom:
We ship all orders to the United Kingdom from London; you do not need to worry about import taxes & duties.
International orders: Depending on the destination and checkout settings, duties and import taxes may be included in the displayed product price or collected at checkout. The applicable amounts are shown before payment. If duties and import taxes are not included or collected at checkout, additional charges may be payable to the carrier or customs authority. Shipping charges are separate from duties and taxes unless expressly stated at checkout.
